A Destination Distillery, Brewery & Winery
in the Heart of the Texas Hill Country

Salvation Spirits is a purpose-driven, environmentally conscious distillery with a mission to make products of unsurpassed quality, out of the finest ingredients, and to share our success with those in need. We are located in Fredericksburg, Texas – a town rich with German heritage. We have taken inspiration from St. Michael – the patron saint of the German people. Michael is viewed by many religious traditions as a healer and protector. Michael serves as our inspiration to contribute 10% of our net profits to charities that serve the poor, the powerless, and the hungry.

How We’re Helping During COVID-19

We at Salvation Spirits take our mission to help those in need seriously, which is why we’ve halted further development of our products and property to focus our attention on making hand sanitizer to help keep our community healthy and safe.

For every bottle or jug of Salvation Spirits hand sanitizer sold, we will donate a bottle or jug to first responders, local hospitals and nursing homes, and others who have been on the front lines during the COVID-19 pandemic.

Opening in Fall 2020!

Hangout, Tour & Taste.

Uniquely situated on a 10-acre orchard in the heart of Texas Wine Country, Salvation Spirits will offer a necessary respite from the taste-and-go wine venues that dominate the landscape. It will be a place to hangout, taste, tour, sip a vodka or gin cocktail, explore the complexity of brandy, or just savor a cold beer or glass of wine – all while enjoying good food and live music.

An Exciting Destination in the Texas Hill Country.

Upon completion, the venue will offer 10,000 square feet of entertainment space, including a private event venue, multiple decks, a commercial kitchen, and a stage for live music. The 8,000 square foot distillery barn at the back of the property will serve as the home to our 750L German- made Holstein still with a yearly maximum capacity of 30,000 9L cases and a 6-barrel brewing system with a yearly maximum brewing capacity of 1,500 barrels.

Our Line-Up of Spirits.

Salvation Spirits’ primary focus will be on making premium craft vodka, gin and brandy infused with fruit organically grown on site, including peaches, plums, pears, and blackberries. Beer and wine will also be produced for on-site consumption and limited distribution.
