Nestled in the heart of Fredericksburg, Texas, Salvation Spirits is more than a distillery—it’s a mission, a craft, and an experience. Situated on a serene 10-acre orchard, we blend tradition with innovation, distilling world-class spirits from our organically grown peaches, pears, plums, and bold Texas blackberries. And hidden within our orchard? A whisper of a speakeasy, waiting for those who seek more than just a drink—a discovery, a secret, an experience.
At Salvation Spirits, we are dedicated to crafting premium spirits infused with excellence and purpose. Every bottle tells a story of our unwavering commitment to quality. From the First Premium Vodka of Texas to the nation’s only blackberry gin, our spirits are as bold as the land they come from. Our Chi Rho Peach Brandy was recently named the Best Craft Brandy in America, a testament to the craftsmanship and passion behind everything we create.
But our purpose goes beyond the spirits we distill. We believe in using our success to make a difference. Inspired by Archangel Michael, we dedicate 10% of our net profits to charities that serve the poor, the powerless, and the hungry. Through our Chi Rho Mission, we actively combat human trafficking, partnering with organizations that restore hope to those who need it most. Since our inception, we have strategically aligned with charities that uplift the less fortunate, providing relief, resources, and a renewed sense of possibility.

Every bottle begins in our 10-acre orchard, where we cultivate organically grown peaches, pears, plums, and bold Texas blackberries, capturing the essence of the land in every sip.
We’re home to Texas’ First Premium Vodka and the only blackberry gin in the country, setting a new standard for innovation and excellence.
The Future
Salvation Spirits is also gearing up for a thrilling new chapter. This year, we’re breaking ground on a state-of-the-art, 10,000-square-foot production facility. Think gleaming copper pot stills, a bustling brewhouse, a custom brandy still and equipment for making vermouth, amaros and whatever else our mad scientists envision!
But that’s just phase one. Phase two? Picture an expansive 10,000-square-foot entertainment venue where you can sip in style in our cocktail conservatory, catch a game in our lively German-style beer hall, and tantalize your taste buds in Faith & Thyme – our farm-to-table restaurant. Oh, and did we mention the brand-new Speakeasy? Exclusively for our investors and members of the Salvation Spirits Society, it’s where secrets are shared, and memories are made.

The Speakeasy is a specialty cocktail laboratory hidden in plain sight on a 10-acre orchard in Fredericksburg, Texas, surrounded by blackberries, peaches, pears, plums, pecans and grapes. Our cocktails are handcrafted by our master mixologists using fruit from the orchard and award winning spirits created by Salvation Spirits.
